JCPS Mechanical Ltd require an aftercare plumber (70%)/Apprentice training coordinator (30%) to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage after care issue on our completed project and coordinate apprentice training days , reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Team at JCPS and support the growth and development of the business. This role is a full-time permanent position and will be based at our head office/warehouse in Ballycoolin, Dublin 11.
Job Details
Aftercare Responsibilities
· Provide aftercare plumbing support to the Projects team following completion of large projects.
· Carry out snagging works identified on completed projects.
· Complete QA/QC forms for all aftercare visits.
· Carry out remedial works where necessary to resolve snags and defects.
· Compile lesson learnt documentation to the senior management
Apprentice training
· Organise and deliver all the apprentice training.
· Ensure all apprentices have the correct skills required for the stage of apprenticeship they are in.
· Track expiry dates of staff for the training being delivered.
- Sign off on all on the job training for apprentices.
· Perform Quality Analysis on site.
· Assisting on site when required.
Requirements:
· Plumbing Qualification.
· Strong welding skills.
· Experience training apprentices.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail taking pride in the quality and presentation of work
· Strong organisational skills
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
