Our client, based in Meath requires an in-house Sales Executive with a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships to grow sales.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and develop new sales opportunities through lead generation, telesales calls, and managing prospects through a sales process to win new business, meeting and exceeding
sales targets.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through effective account management.
- Respond to customer calls and enquiries, providing technical advice and backup service,
delivery information, processing sales orders, quotations and other sales related
documentation.
- Use sales data and regular sales and performance reports to grow sales.
- Provide support to the sales team, including assisting in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Expediate the resolution of problems or complaints raised by clients to ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Develop an understanding of the market through analysis of market trends and customer and competitor activities, enabling you to provide the sales team and senior management with feedback on potential opportunities and threats.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing material and strategies to promote products and services (marketing campaigns, social media posts, website updates, attending shows
and events).
- PERSON SPECIFICATION
Education/Qualifications – Third level Sales or other business qualification an advantage
- Experience – 2-3 years internal sales or customer service experience (ideally within similar business /
builders’ merchants).

Technical
- Proficiency in the use of computer systems, particularly CRM and MS Office Suit.
