The Grace are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join the Human Resources team. This role plays a pivotal function in supporting the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and contributing to the development and maintenance of a high-performing workplace culture.
Principle Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system.
Draft HR-related documentation including employment contracts and letters.
Manage the administration of employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
Coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR events as needed.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Facilitate onboarding activities and ensure all new starter paperwork is completed and compliant.
Staff Accommodation
Support with maintaining an accurate account of staff accommodation with new starters and leavers.
Coordinate cleaning rooms in staff accommodation with the Accommodation department.
Policy & Compliance
Ensure HR practices and documents are compliant with legal and internal policy requirements.
Monitor HR documentation for updates in legislation and assist with policy revisions.
Employee Engagement
Support the coordination and delivery of employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and events.
Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, offering professional and confidential guidance.

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role.

Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Alkimii.
