As we prepare to launch our new Rooftop Thermal Spa, we are recruiting for the position of Thermal Attendant.
Job Purpose (this role requires availability to work week days and weekends)
To ensure the safe, hygienic and relaxing operation of the thermal area while delivering excellent guest service. The Thermal Attendant will support the overall spa experience by maintaining facilities, assisting guests and upholding health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests into the thermal area in a friendly and professional manner

Provide clear instructions on the use of thermal facilities (sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pools, etc.)

Monitor guest activity to ensure safety and compliance with spa rules

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all thermal areas, including regular checks and cleaning schedules

Ensure towels, robes and amenities are stocked and presented to a high standard

Conduct routine temperature and safety checks of spa equipment and report any issues

Respond promptly to guest queries, needs or concerns

Enforce health and safety policies, including emergency procedures if required

Support the wider Thermal team with general duties when needed

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in a thermal, spa, leisure, or hospitality environment (preferred)

Basic knowledge of thermal facilities and wellness practices (desirable)
