Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks, focusing on plumbing, joinery, and general fabric maintenance. The role involves maintaining and repairing facilities in line with health and safety standards and ensuring the quality of work is to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across various client sites, including plumbing tasks such as pipework, leak repairs, and fitting appliances.
- General fabric maintenance including door repairs, fitting locks, painting and repairs to building fabric.
- Conduct inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or repairs.
- Liaise with clients and site managers to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
- Adhere to all company health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction or building maintenance industry.
- Strong skills in plumbing and general building maintenance.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices within a construction environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Full, clean driving licence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €40,000.00-€52,000.00 per year
