About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our Head Office team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our stores have the right stock at the right time by maintaining accurate product data, managing inventory and producing insightful reports to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate product information, including cost prices, retail prices, descriptions and product data.
- Monitor and optimise stock levels across our store network.
- Liaise with suppliers to manage lead times, deliveries and inventory requirements.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly stock and sales reports.
- Analyse stock performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with Buying, Retail Operations, Finance and other departments to support the Supply Chain function.
About You
- Experience in a Supply Chain, Inventory or Stock Control role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
