QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN
Fitzgerald Energy Solutions is recruiting a Qualified Electrician to join our growing team based in Ennis, Co. Clare.
This is a full-time position working across solar PV, battery storage and commercial electrical projects. The successful candidate will join an established company delivering high-quality renewable energy installations throughout the West of Ireland and nationwide.
Key responsibilities
- Electrical installation of domestic and commercial solar PV systems
- Installation of inverters, battery storage systems and associated equipment
- AC and DC cabling, containment and distribution-board works
- Testing, commissioning and fault-finding
- Completing certification and project documentation
- Reading and working from electrical drawings and specifications
- Ensuring all work meets current electrical and safety standards
- Working effectively with roofing, electrical and project-management teams
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service
Requirements
- Fully qualified electrician
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation and testing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full, clean Irish driving licence
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
Experience with solar PV, battery storage or renewable energy systems is an advantage, but additional training can be provided to the right candidate.
