Role Overview:
Framespace Solutions Ltd, a leading Light Gauge Steel (LGS) modular construction manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Carrickmines site in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and trades, and ensuring works are completed to programme, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities, ensuring works progress in line with the project programme
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance on site, ensuring adherence to Framespace's SHEQ policies and relevant legislation
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Liaise with the Contracts Manager, Design & Engineering team, and client representatives on site progress and issues
- Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
- Manage site documentation, including daily diaries, RAMS, permits, and progress reports
- Monitor quality of installation/build against design specifications and drawings
- Manage site deliveries, logistics, and materials handling
- Identify and escalate risks, delays, or variations promptly
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organised site at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, ideally with modular/offsite or steel-frame experience
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and site management best practice
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification (essential)
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Full clean driving licence
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Pay: From €58,000.00 per year
