We’re currently recruiting Community Nurses across Dublin to support patients in community and primary care settings. Enjoy a structured Monday to Friday, 9–5 role with the flexibility and support of agency work.

Your Role:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in the community
- Support patients with assessments, care plans, and follow-ups
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and patient education
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
What You Need:
- Active Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) registration
- Previous nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full driving licence and access to a car desirable
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
