About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Support & Office Assistant to support our sales team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office and customer service operations.
This role will focus on processing customer orders, handling routine enquiries, supporting trade and retail customers, and assisting with general office administration.
The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team, helping to ensure customers receive prompt and professional service while allowing senior sales staff to focus on account development and larger sales opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Respond to routine customer emails
- Process customer orders accurately
- Check stock availability and delivery information
- Prepare simple quotations and sales documentation
- Support retail and wholesale customers with routine enquiries
- Assist with customer collections and deliveries
- Maintain customer and order records
- Help manage shared sales inboxes
- Assist with scheduling and customer communications
- Upload supplier invoices and process office paperwork
- Assist with payment allocation and general office administration
- Support the sales team with day-to-day operational tasks

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in a customer service, sales support, trade counter or office-based role.
- Experience processing orders and handling customer enquiries.
- Strong telephone and email communication skills.
- Good computer skills and experience using business software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with products, stock or pricing would be an advantage.
- Full driving licence desirable

Salary
Starting at €31,500-€35000 depending on experience
