As Sales manager, you will take full ownership of all sales operations, sales performance, customer service and team leadership. This is a hands on role suited to someone with strong knowledge of the electrical wholesale industry and a track record of building successful teams and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities....
oversee day to day Sales operations
Develop and maintain relationships with trade customers and suppliers
Drive sale and profitability targets
Lead, train and motivate a small team
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
What we are looking for............
Minimum of 3 years electrical wholesale(Sales experience preferred)
Strong product knowledge
Sales driven and excellent commercial awareness
Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
Self motivated and proactive with a hands on approach.
