he Beaumont House requires a full-time Sous Chef for a busy family run pub which incorporates a Bar, Lounge and off-licence. Our food business begins each morning at 9am with our breakfast menu. We have an award winning carvery which is the largest in the Country which operates from 12-4pm and then the A La Carte menu till 9pm.
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of three years experience as a Sous Chef in Ireland.
- Have fluent English.
- Be capable of working in a fast paced food and drink environment.
- Previous employment references required.
- Ability to use own initiative
- Friendly outgoing personality

Working hours:
- 41.5hrs per week on average
- A typical four day work schedule, 09:00-21:30 three days and 09:00-16:30 one day.
