We're Hiring | Experienced Specialty Coffee Barista
East Village Coffee is looking for an experienced and passionate Specialty Coffee Barista to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week).

About the Role
- Part-time position (approx. 20 hours per week)
- Midweek and weekend shifts
- Immediate start available

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience working as a barista in a specialty coffee environment
- Confident dialling in espresso and maintaining coffee quality throughout service
- Excellent milk texturing and latte art skills
- Passion for coffee and a genuine interest in delivering consistently high-quality drinks
- Friendly, reliable and professional with excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working efficiently during busy service periods
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Your Responsibilities
- Preparing consistently high-quality espresso-based drinks
- Maintaining coffee quality and workflow throughout the day
- Delivering warm and professional customer service
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Keeping the coffee station clean, organised and fully stocked
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure a smooth service
