We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead one of our top preforming charity shops located in Dun Laoghaire . This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your retail management career while supporting a meaningful cause.
As Store Manager, you’ll have autonomy to run your own store, lead a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, to help maximise income that directly supports Oxfam’s mission.
About the role
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day running of the store including
- Delivering excellent customer service and developing rapport with customers
- Leading, developing and motivating staff as well as volunteers
- Using your creativity to create window displays and merchandising the store
- Managing Social Media accounts and engaging with the community
- Working to achieve sales, budgets & KPI’s targets
About you

- Fashion retail management
- Target driven with Budget and sales analysis experience
- Visual Merchandising, with strong commercial ability & trend awareness
- Adaptable with strong organisational ability .
- Experience of staff management to include recruitment, training & delegating
- Experience of utilising social media to increase sales
- Communication and networking both internally and external of the business
- Right to work in Ireland
Desirable
- Vintage retail experience
- Volunteer management experience

About the Store
This store is based in the central shopping area of Dun Laoghaire and is a 4 minute walk from the station. The store recently had a refit and rebrand is expected this year! This role is supported by a loyal and committed team of paid staff and volunteers. There is a focus on vintage or unusual brands and with high quality donations received regularly.
