This is a flexible agency-based role offering work across a range of settings, including residential care, disability services, mental health support, and community-based living.

Work in a variety of settings to broaden your skills and experience
Friendly, professional support team available 24/7
Deliver high-quality care and support to service users in residential and community settings
Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, hygiene, and medication (where appropriate)
Support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of each individual
Follow care plans and report changes in service user condition to the care team
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards of care
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and follow all relevant health and safety procedures
QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (3 Core Modules)
At least 6 months of experience working in the Republic of Ireland
Excellent communication skills and a caring, empathetic nature
Ability to adapt to different care environments and work independently
Full eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland
Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, or challenging behaviours
SAMS (Safe Administration of Medication System) training
Buccal Midazolam training
