Saaep Thai Takeaway is an award-winning, family-owned Thai takeaway located in Artane, Dublin 5. We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Counter Assistant to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a Counter Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our busy takeaway operation.
Your duties will include:
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking customer orders accurately.
- Processing cash and card payments.
- Packing orders and checking order accuracy.
- Answering phone calls and assisting customers with enquiries.
- Managing online and delivery orders.
- Assisting with counter preparation, including sauces, drinks, packaging and customer service areas.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
