Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant – Proby’s Kitchen (Cork City)
Proby’s Kitchen is looking for a reliable Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to join our team.
This is a hands-on role in a busy kitchen, supporting chefs with prep, keeping the kitchen clean and organised, and ensuring smooth service.
It will be a mix of night & day shifts

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
Hours:
- Day Shifts typically start from 12:00–18.00
- Night shifts will run late, finishing after midnight
- Flexibility is important
Location:
Due to late finishes, living in Cork City (or very close by) is strongly preferred.
