Essential Criteria
- Energy and drive with an ability to manage personal lines business in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to include a confident telephone manner.
- Promote professionalism and integrity.
- Minimum APA qualification or working towards.
- Applied Systems (Relay) an advantage
- Proficient in using internet systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail around procedures and the standard of client files
- Compliant with CPD requirements & complete 15 formal hours of CPD each calendar year. These hours must be relevant to the specific function
- Minimum 2 years industry experience.
The Role will include:
- Being proactive in achieving individual sales targets including prospecting, up selling and cross selling of Personal Lines business.
- Handling and processing renewals and managing an existing Personal Lines account.
- Advising clients on most suitable cover and identifying further opportunities in additional policies.
- Researching insurance companies and negotiating with Insurers to obtain the most suitable/competitive premiums for our clients
- Dealing with day-to-day Personal Lines client accounts (MTA queries, claims handling, account processing)
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Salary of €32/€36k per annum for a 5-day working week.
