We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and creative individuals to join our team supporting adults with intellectual disabilities to achieve meaningful and self-directed lives.
The successful candidate will have:
- QQI Level 5 or higher qualification in Healthcare, Social Care, Community Care, Intellectual Disability Studies, Education, Training, Teaching or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities.
- Experience supporting individuals with severe to profound intellectual disabilities and/or complex support needs.
- A commitment to Person-Centred Planning and rights-based practice.
- Knowledge and understanding of:

· Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015
· Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults
· Positive Behaviour Support
· Human Rights and Advocacy
· Risk Management
Ability to identify and develop people's natural support networks, social roles and community connections.
- Ability to facilitate meaningful educational, recreational, vocational and community-based programmes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and teamwork skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Full clean manual driving licence.
