We are currently recruiting for a new and exciting position as Assistant Site Manager to join our team in Monread Fare.
Our ideal candidate is a Senior Manager with experience in the management of retail/convenience and fast food outlets to join our team. Strong experience in managing fast food outlets would be considered to be a distinct advantage.
This senior management role will also involve responsibility for ensuring compliance in relation to fresh food, hygiene, health & safety on site and will support the department management teams in the day to day operation of the business.
Monread Fare onsite provides a Spar and Texaco Shop/Fuel/Off licence, Chopped, Zambrero, Papa John's/Chick Guys, Insomnia and Griolladh.

Key areas of responsibility;
Commercial
-
To increase Sales and Profitability of the Site.

To develop a system and culture of forecasting likely peak demand period/times, i.e. concerts, sporting events, etc. which will increase motorway traffic.

Marketing within the site in line with support office Marketing Guidelines.

To monitor costs so as to ensure budgets are adhered
Customer Service
