1. Preparing meals for the busy location under supervision of the Head Chef.
2. Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with the establishments’ menu and quality standards.
3. Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets presentation and portion standards.
4. Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
5. Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.
6. Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Chef or a similar role.
7. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
8. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Pay: €18.00-€19.00 per hour
