1. Master Automotive Technician / Diagnostic Specialist
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled, fully qualified Master Automotive Technician with a passion for advanced diagnostics and complex problem-solving.If you pride yourself on finding the root cause where others only see symptoms, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
- Complex Repairs: Perform high-level repairs on engines, transmissions, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), and intricate electrical wiring networks.
- Quality Control: Serve as a technical advisor for the workshop, performing quality control checks on complex repairs to ensure fix-it-right-the-first-time standards.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance, technical support, and informal mentorship to junior and apprentice technicians (including newly qualified team members).
- Documentation: Accurately document diagnostic steps, test results, and repair recommendations for service advisors and customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technician with diagnostic accreditation
- Proven track record (typically 5+ years post-qualification) operating at a Master or Senior Technician level.
- Expertise in reading wiring diagrams, data logging, and using diverse diagnostics .
- Strong analytical mind with an absolute refusal to just "throw parts at a problem."
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
2. Qualified Automotive Technician
Position Overview: It's time to build your career. We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified Automotive Technician who is ready to transition into a confident professional. You will work alongside a Master Technician, handling core mechanical work while rapidly expanding your diagnostic and repair skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Routine Maintenance & Service: Perform oil changes, brake replacements, timing belt-chain replacement , clutch replacement , tire alignments, suspension work, and scheduled vehicle inspections.
- System Repairs: Diagnose and repair standard mechanical issues involving cooling systems, exhaust, steering, and basic electrical components.
- Diagnostic Growth: Assist senior technicians with complex fault finding, learning to use advanced diagnostic tools in real-world scenarios.
- Efficiency & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized bay and execute work efficiently while strictly adhering to workshop safety standards.
- Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training opportunities and accept feedback to continuously sharpen your technical skills.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Completed and passed your automotive trade qualifications .
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, shop tools, and safety protocols.
- Set of your own hand tools (specialty tools provided by the shop).
- Valid driver’s license.
Pay: €40,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
