We are seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join our growing civil engineering team based in Dublin City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or engineer with up to 2 years' experience to develop their career across a wide range of building and infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of civil engineering designs and prepare technical reports for planning and design stages, working closely with experienced Chartered Engineers. The role offers structured mentoring, excellent project exposure, and a clear pathway for professional development towards Chartered Engineer status.

Projects typically involve roads, drainage, water services, utilities, flood risk assessments and transportation infrastructure from feasibility through planning, detailed design and construction.
Assist in the preparation of engineering reports to support planning applications, including Engineering Services Reports, Infrastructure Assessments and Flood Risk Assessments.
Prepare technical reports, calculations and supporting documentation for clients and statutory authorities.
Assist in developing responses to planning conditions and technical queries.
Support the design of drainage, watermain and foul water infrastructure under the supervision of senior engineers.
Assist in the design of roads, SuDS and site infrastructure.
Produce drawings using AutoCAD and assist with Civil 3D models where applicable.
Liaise with architects, planners, environmental consultants and other members of the design team.
Attend design team meetings and develop an understanding of project delivery through all project stages.
Support senior engineers in delivering projects on time and to a high technical standard.
Bachelors Degree (Level 8 or higher) in Civil Engineering.
Recent graduate or up to 2 years' relevant experience in civil engineering.
Strong technical writing and report preparation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Experience with AutoCAD is desirable.
Familiarity with Civil 3D, InfoDrainage or similar software would be an advantage but is not essential.
Full driving licence is desirable but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality technical reports.
Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn.
Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Ambition to progress towards Chartered Engineer status.
