Homesavers is recruiting for Retail Team Leader to join our team in Homesavers Galway.
Retail Team Leader is a hands-on role responsible for delivering day-to-day retail operations along with supporting retail leaders.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead the store team to-
· Provide excellent customer service
· Replenish stock, maintain displays, and ensure product availability
· Maintain store cleanliness
· Assist with deliveries, stock handling, and inventory counts
· Open and close the store, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed
· Follow till procedures and ensure accuracy of transactions and store controls
· Support and guide team members during shifts and ensure adherence to procedures
· Assist in training new staff and developing talent within the current team
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Reliable, responsible, with flexible availability
· Ability to deliver standards and results
· Experience in leading a team
· Retail experience is an advantage to have
