We have the largest Salesforce in Ireland with over 90 directly employed Sales Representatives on the road selling, servicing, and supporting our growing customer base. Our main industry sectors are: Automotive Aftermarket, Engineering & MRO, Construction, Renewables as well as Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms. Within our company's headquarters in Limerick, you will find over 70 support staff working across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, Purchasing, Human Resources and Logistics.
Your Mission!
Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a pivotal leadership role responsible for supporting the organisation across multiple disciplines to ensure the correct application of sales processes and customer management. From pricing and profitability, compensation and rewards, to sales force planning and target setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of two support specialists in the Sales Operations team.
They will bring strong leadership capability, analytical and organisational skills, with a highly structured, systems-oriented approach. This position is ideally suited to an experienced sales or operations leader, or a commercially minded professional seeking to progress their career within a dynamic environment. Curiosity to read in between data and deliver commercial solutions is what makes this position an exciting opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the business.
The successful candidate will be supported by the current Head of Sales Operations, who will remain within the organisation in a new role, providing hands-on guidance and ensuring a smooth and well-supported onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pricing Strategy, Profitability & Commercial Performance

Lead pricing strategy, analysis, and governance to support commercial objectives and maximise profitability.

Manage and develop the pricing team, ensuring activities are effectively planned and executed in a timely manner.

Deliver against agreed profit targets (primary KPI).

Provide high-quality analytical insights and recommendations to support decision-making and enhance overall business performance
2. Customer Management, Development & Service Excellence

Lead customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management strategies

Deliver on defined customer development targets (primary KPI).

Oversee customer data governance, quality, and processes to enhance insight, engagement, and sustainable growth.

Maintain purity in customer segmentation
3. Sales Performance, Planning & Business Intelligence

Partner with sales leadership to develop customer segmentation models, contact strategies, and effective visit planning processes.

Oversee sales performance reporting, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

Monitor and manage company sales targets, ensuring robust planning frameworks are in place.

Provide analytical support through the collection, interpretation, and dissemination of sales and customer data.
4. Sales Operations, Incentives & Territory Management

Lead sales operations frameworks, including compensation structures, incentive schemes, and governance processes.

Oversee the design, implementation, and compliance of sales compensation and incentive programmes.

Optimise sales territories using analytics and geo-mapping tools to enhance productivity, market coverage, and service levels.

Ensure operational processes are aligned with business efficiency, performance, and growth objectives.
Candidate Profile
