We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join a rapidly growing business within our EMEA Alternatives Private Markets team. This role sits at the intersection of client delivery, operational excellence, and technology enablement, with responsibility for driving scalable solutions that support continued expansion and evolving client needs. Located in Dublin, Ireland.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Client Delivery & Relationship Management
- Support the delivery of high-quality service to Private Markets clients, ensuring activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through responsive communication and reliable execution.
- Assist with client onboarding, investor servicing and account maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and controls.
- Support the resolution of client queries and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to process improvements and the use of technology solutions, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Operational Delivery & Process Management
- Perform and oversee day-to-day Transfer Agency activities across Private Markets products, ensuring accuracy and completeness of processing.
- Support capital call, distribution, transfer, redemption and investor maintenance activities in line with client requirements and operating procedures.
- Monitor operational workflows and ensure service levels are maintained across all assigned responsibilities.
- Assist with new business onboarding and implementation activities to ensure smooth operational transition and readiness.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance service quality.
Technical & Operational Excellence
Maintain strong technical knowledge of Private Markets Transfer Agency operations, processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with established controls, policies and procedures, with a focus on mitigating operational risk.
Embed AI into operational workflows, creating structured, repeatable processes that enhance speed, consistency, and quality
Escalate issues, risks and exceptions appropriately and contribute to their timely resolution.
Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Transfer Agency and supporting functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Share knowledge and provide support to team members to promote consistency and operational excellence.
- Contribute to training and onboarding of new team members where required.
- Demonstrate accountability and ownership for assigned tasks while supporting wider team objectives.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and client outcomes
