Junior Sales Executive (Sales Apprenticeship)

Due to continued growth, Healy Automotive is looking for an ambitious and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to build a long-term career in the motor industry while completing the National Sales Apprenticeship (QQI Level 6). You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced dealership while earning a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying journey.
- Respond to enquiries in person, over the phone and online.
- Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Confidently present vehicles and appear on camera in promotional videos.
- Photograph and advertise vehicles across online platforms.
- Prepare vehicles for display and customer handovers.
- Maintain the showroom and sales yard to a high standard.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the dealership.

- A confident, outgoing and professional individual.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and appearing in social media content.
- Good knowledge of cars and a genuine passion for the motor industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full Category B driving licence.
Sales Apprenticeship
The successful candidate will complete the National Sales Apprenticeship (QQI Level 6) while working full-time at Healy Automotive. This is a two-year “earn while you learn” programme that combines practical workplace experience with structured learning, leading to a nationally recognised qualification.
Apprenticeship Entry Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Meet one of the following academic requirements:
- Five Leaving Certificate subjects at Grade O6/H7 or higher, including Mathematics and English or Irish; or
- Hold a full QQI Level 5 qualification (or higher).
- Be willing to commit to the two-year apprenticeship programme.
