We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front of House team member to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Process payments and operate the till
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
