Company Overview
O’ Griofa Woodcraft is a leading manufacturer of high-quality timber products, specialising in fire doors, skirting, and architrave. We are committed to precision manufacturing, reliability, and delivering excellent products to our customers. We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our production team in West Clare. This is a hands-on workshop role working as part of a supportive production team in a well-established manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machinery safely and efficiently
- Load materials and monitor machining operations
- Assist with machine setup and production runs
- Read basic technical drawings and job specifications
- Carry out quality checks on finished components
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Support general production and workshop activities as required
- Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years' CNC machine operating experience required
- Experience operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines preferred
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic mechanical understanding and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills
- Experience in wood manufacturing or woodworking machinery
- Experience operating CNC routers or similar equipment
- Forklift experience an advantage
- Good communication skills

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
