Retail Jewellery Sales Consultant
Neville Jewellers – Crescent Shopping Centre, Limerick
Neville Jewellers is looking for an experienced, dependable and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our established team at the Crescent Shopping Centre.
This position would particularly suit someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent personal service and is looking for a stable, long-term position with an established Irish retail business.
Jewellery is a personal purchase. Our customers often return to us over many years for engagements, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and other important occasions. For that reason, we value people who enjoy building lasting customer relationships rather than simply making a sale.
The Role
You will:
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly and professional service to our customers.
- Help customers select jewellery and watches for important occasions.
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers and encourage repeat business.
- Take responsibility for presenting and maintaining our jewellery collections to a high standard.
- Work as part of a small, experienced retail team.
- Develop your knowledge of jewellery, diamonds and watches through professional training.
The Person We're Looking For
We would like to hear from you if you:
- Have previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality or another customer-facing environment.
- Are reliable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility.
- Enjoy talking to people and developing genuine customer relationships.
- Have a professional and personable manner.
- Are commercially aware and comfortable selling quality products.
- Are looking for a long-term role where you can become an established member of the team.
Previous jewellery experience is welcome but not essential. We are happy to provide specialist training to the right person.
We also welcome applications from people considering a return to retail or a career change who can bring strong customer-service and life experience to the role.
