As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Group HR Administrator to join our Group HR Team based in Dublin.

About the Role
Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will provide administrative and operational HR support to hotels across Ireland and the UK. You will work closely with General Managers and departmental leaders, ensuring our HR processes are delivered efficiently and consistently.
The role is primarily based in Dublin; however, regular travel to our hotels throughout Ireland and occasional travel to the UK will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR administration support across the full employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate recruitment administration including interview scheduling, offer documentation and onboarding.
- Prepare contracts of employment, letters and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR systems and personnel files ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
- Assist with probation review administration and follow-up.
- Coordinate right to work documentation and employment compliance checks.
- Support absence management administration including return-to-work documentation.
- Assist with disciplinary, grievance and investigation administration.
- Monitor mandatory training and compliance records.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers and management information.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.
- Visit hotels to support HR projects, onboarding, training and operational HR requirements.
- Provide administrative support for HR meetings, projects and audits.
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Support the HR team with ad hoc projects as the business continues to grow.
About You

- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Flexible and willing to travel regularly between hotel locations.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discreet and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience using HR systems is advantageous.
- Previous experience within hospitality would be beneficial but is not essential.

- Previous administrative experience (HR experience desirable but not essential).

- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
