Provide direct assistance to clients who may have physical, mental, or health-related challenges.
- Personal care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene management.
- Meal preparation and nutrition: Planning, preparing, and assisting with meals according to dietary needs.
- Medication support: Reminding clients to take medications and, in some cases, administering them under supervision.
- Mobility and exercise assistance: Helping clients move safely, supporting rehabilitation exercises, and preventing falls.
- Household tasks: Light cleaning, laundry, shopping, and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Emotional support and companionship: Providing social interaction, reducing isolation, and promoting mental well-being.
- Monitoring and reporting: Observing changes in clients’ health or behavior and reporting to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Community engagement: Supporting clients to attend appointments, social activities, or run errands to maintain independence and social inclusion
Salary: €32,691 P/A on a 39h/week basis
Pay: €32,691.00 per year
