Sligo Commercial Centre T/A Burns Car Sales Ltd Drumaskibbole , Carraroe , Co Sligo are hiring Motor Vehicle Mechanics. Ideal candidate will be able troubleshoot, maintain and service mechanical or electrical faults and issues on motor vehicles , conduct preventative maintenance and repair, carry out pre delivery inspections . Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults across a wide range of makes and models.
- Service & Maintenance: Perform routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and general repairs.
- PDI: Conduct thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections to ensure every vehicle leaves the garage in top condition.
- Safety & Standards: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all Health & Safety (H&S) procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Fully qualified Motor Mechanic minimum 4 years post qualification experience
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in modern diagnostic equipment and electrical systems.
- Reliability: A professional approach to work with a focus on "right-first-time" repairs.
- Team Player: Ability to communicate effectively within a busy workshop environment.
