TITLE: Laboratory Technician - Milk Hut
BUSINESS UNIT: Food Ingredients
FUNCTION: Perform testing in Intake and product laboratories
REPORTING TO: Senior Lab Technician
LOCATION: Station Road, Tipperary
PURPOSE:
Testing of raw material and in-process liquid to ensure Food Safety and Quality.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following:
Performing timely analytical testing in Intake Laboratory.
Support for other laboratories if required.
Ensuring that all documentation is completed correctly with the approved procedures.
Identifying and highlighting any issues to the appropriate supervisor/manager. Following through with issues to achieve a resolution.
Comply with health and safety requirements.
QUALIFICATION
Minimum Diploma in Science or equivalent discipline is an advantage.
Experience in a laboratory is an advantage.
