The successful ELC Educator will provide high-quality care and early learning experiences for young children. They will create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment, support children's development through learning, observation and record progress, and work collaboratively with families and colleagues to promote each child's wellbeing and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and stimulating learning environment.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development.
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusive practices.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Follow childcare regulations, policies, and safeguarding procedures.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and continuous quality improvement.

Pay: €15.00 per hour
