As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Inspire and support each customer to make the right product choice for them, and
- Go the extra mile by ensuring each customer is satisfied that their new flooring and furniture enhances their home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative Selling: Build strong rapport with customers, offering expert advice on flooring and furniture tailored to their budget, lifestyle, and design preferences.
- End-to-End Ownership: Measure and estimate jobs, calculate costings, coordinate logistics and fitters, and maintain regular contact to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Showroom Excellence: Maintain high showroom standards, assist with stock replenishment and deliveries, and handle light manual display setups.
- Administration: Process sales paperwork accurately and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our evolving product range.
- Team Collaboration: Work constructively with team members to foster a positive, energetic workplace.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Previous experience in flooring, or interiors, or a consultative retail environment along with calculations in square yards or metres, is advantageous
- Proven track record in customer service, sales, or a consultative retail environment.
- Strong numerical skills (capable of calculating square metres/yards, pricing, and project estimates).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an eye for home interior design.
- Strong IT literacy for processing orders and managing logistics documentation.
- Full, clean driving licence
- Ability to work Saturdays and undertake light manual handling when needed.
Pay: From €33,000.00 per year
