We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Hotel Night Manager.
Main Duties:
- Management of the hotel overnight (following handover from the late duty manager).
- To ensure all guests queries are handled promptly and efficiently
- Reception duties – check-in and check-outs
- Food & beverage department duties
- Management and co-ordination of staff on duty
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all hotel guests.
- Health & Safety Checks
- To ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained throughout the hotel
- To do a nightly pass over with the early duty manager when on shift
- To complete the night audit
- To ensure the safety of all guests at night time
- To resolve any problems or queries as the arise
- To handle any emergency situations as laid down in the management game plan
Pay: €40,000.00-€43,000.00 per year
