About Us:
Hegarty’s Home Interiors is a long-established and much-loved home interiors store in Donegal, offering a curated range of furniture, home décor, and giftware. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Furniture Sales Assistant to join our team in Buncrana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service.
- Help customers choose furniture that suits their style, space, and needs.
- Develop strong product knowledge across our furniture collections and promotions.
- Accurately process sales transactions.
- Maintain an attractive, well-organised showroom.
- Assist with stock handling, unpacking, and display setup.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the in-store experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or sales (experience in furniture/interiors is a plus).
- A genuine interest in home interiors and design.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and sales-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday (no Sundays).
- Ability to work full-time hours in-store.
