Mixologist
As a Mixologist you will curate bespoke beverage experiences that reflect both classic technique and modern innovation. From crafting iconic cocktails to presenting signature creations with style, you’ll play a key role in elevating our bar to a destination in itself.
Key Responsibilities
- Master the art of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks to the highest standard
- Design and present signature cocktails tailored to guest preferences and seasonal inspirations
- Provide impeccable service with discretion, warmth, and professionalism
- Engage with guests to make personalized recommendations based on their taste and mood
- Maintain the cleanliness, ambiance, and organization of an upscale bar environment
- Stay ahead of beverage trends, incorporating new techniques and luxury ingredients
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with legal age requirements
- Manage transactions with precision and maintain an organized cash handling process
- Collaborate with culinary and events teams to enhance pairings and guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area at all times
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Accurately process orders, handle payments, and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Assist in inventory control, including stock rotation, requisitions, and waste management
- Inspect bar equipment regularly and report any maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Attend required trainings, briefings, and meetings
- Collaborate with colleagues and support other F&B operations when needed
You The Candidate:
- Mixologist experience in a hotel or high-end bar environment is desirable
- Formal training in mixology service is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and bar techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Pay: €17.00-€18.50 per hour
