We are seeking to appoint an outstanding individual to the role of Athletic Development Coach for late August 2026. This is a full-time post to support the strategic development of our ambitious sports programme.
Reporting to the Director of Sport, the Athletic Development Coach will be responsible for the athletic development of students playing all sports, with a particular focus on rugby. The principal responsibility will be the design and execution of a whole school athletic development plan.
The successful applicant will be responsible for creating a culture whereby students are committed to athletic development in order to maximise their performance in their chosen sport. They will lead and deliver the whole school development plan, coaching and educating students through weekly programmes and individual development plans.
Candidates should hold relevant qualification in Sports Science or Sports Performance. Flexibility will be required with regard to the hours of work in order to maximise the impact of the role within the boarding school. For more information on the role, please email [email protected]
