Essentials: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering; 4+ years’ experience in M&E coordination; strong understanding of residential M&E systems; proven experience managing service installations from coordination to commissioning; confident working with public utilities and coordinating site services; full driving licence
Location: Sites across Dublin
Salary: €60,000 - €65,000

Reporting to: Building Services Manager
Our client, a leading residential developer, is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator to join their Building Services team. This is a key role responsible for managing the mechanical and electrical services across multiple large-scale residential developments, from design through to installation and final handover.
The M&E Coordinator will work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, design consultants, and utility providers to ensure all M&E systems are delivered on programme and to high quality standards. You will oversee on-site M&E installations, liaise with local authorities and utility companies to manage service connections, and support innovation in energy-efficient systems and best-in-class residential building services.
