What You’ll Do
As Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to deliver results and create a positive, high-energy environment. Your role will include:
- Driving sales and achieving store targets
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring your team
- Delivering exceptional customer service every day
- Handling escalations with professionalism and care
- Overseeing daily operations, from admin to product knowledge
- Training your team on the latest Vodafone products and offers
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Excellent communication and organisation abilities
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
- Interest in telecom/electronics sales (a bonus, not essential)
