Practice Nurse – Acute Care & Triage
Busy General Practice | Southeast Ireland
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Nurse to join our busy and progressive general practice in the Southeast of Ireland.
We are open to part-time or full-time applications and are looking for a nurse with experience in acute care and clinical triage.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Paediatric and/or adult Emergency Department (Casualty) nursing
- Assessment and triage of acute medical presentations
- Prioritising patients based on clinical urgency
- Managing minor illness and injury presentations
- Working confidently within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
The successful applicant will play a key role in assessing patients presenting with acute medical problems, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care, and supporting our doctors in the delivery of high-quality primary care.
We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, patient-focused, and enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced general practice environment.
Remuneration: €25-€28 Per Hour (open to discussion), depending on experience and qualifications.
Pay: €31,200.00-€58,240.00 per year
