We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Monaghans Galway is a main dealer for Skoda, SEAT, VW and CUPRA located in Galway City. Monaghans Galway is a family run group where we like to create a great place to work and reward our staff.
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the sales team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to prospective customers. This will require you to continually strive to meet sales opportunities via the sales of vehicles and accompanying products. This is a fast-paced, dynamic industry, and applicants must have a strong work ethic with an appetite to learn and develop
The Role (After training period):
- Sell new and used vehicles against set monthly targets.
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Close sales effectively, being profit-minded, and understanding new and used car financing and insurance.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses.
- Maintain knowledge about current products, pricing and competing products.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency.
- Maintain contact with clients post-sale to obtain feedback and resolve any issues.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles, accessories, and services of the dealership.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer facing experience.
- Ambitious and driven personality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong focus on customer service experience.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €35,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
