The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous supervisory or hospitality experience
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience with events management or large group reservations is highly desirable
- A positive, hands-on approach to leading and supporting a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to stay calm, organised and proactive in a busy environment
