We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Straffan. The successful candidate will provide high-quality early childhood care and education in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment, supporting children's development in line with Aistear, Síolta and relevant childcare legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care, education and supervision to children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities
- Act as a Key Worker for designated children, where required
- Observe, record and assess children's development
- Support children's wellbeing using positive behaviour strategies
- Communicate professionally with parents
- Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards
- Prepare and serve meals, encouraging healthy habits
- Work collaboratively with the team
- Maintain accurate records in line with regulations
- Participate in training and staff meetings
Pay: €15.50-€17.00 per hour
