We’re looking for a reliable and guest-focused Night Auditor to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for a night owl who enjoys working independently while delivering great service and ensuring the smooth running of the hotel overnight. If you’re organised, personable, and comfortable taking ownership of the night shift, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role
- Be the friendly face of the hotel overnight, delivering great guest experiences
- Complete night audit tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage late check-ins and early check-outs with confidence
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and the building throughout the night
- Work independently while staying connected to the wider team
- Promote the Hotel brand and Marriott Bonvoy loyalty programme
Useful Experience
- Experience within the service industry
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
- Personal experience of travel and travel industry
