Reach for the Stars The Arches is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable School Age Childcare Educator to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to be part of a fun, engaging afterschool environment. No formal childcare qualifications are required – we're looking for people with a positive attitude, a genuine interest in working with children, and a willingness to learn.
About the Role
You will:
- Supervise and support children in a safe, caring, and inclusive environment.
- Organise and participate in arts and crafts, games, outdoor play, and other activities.
- Support children with homework where appropriate.
- Assist with snack time and daily routines.
- Work as part of a team to provide high-quality afterschool care.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Passionate about working with children.
- Friendly, patient, and dependable.
- A positive team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willing to complete Garda Vetting and any required training.
