Lifeguard & Swimming Pool Teacher Arena Health & Fitness Club
Under new ownership of FBD Hotels & Resorts, we are delighted to be recruiting for an enthusiastic full-time and part-time Lifeguard & Swimming Pool Teacher to join our highly successful and award-winning hotel club at our 4 Grand Hotel, Malahide.
We are ideally looking for a candidate who is passionate about water safety and swimming education, and who enjoys working in a proactive club environment where personal attention to members and guests is essential.
If you are enthusiastic, enjoy working as part of a team, but also have the initiative to work independently, and take pride in delivering high-quality swimming lessons in a safe and engaging manner, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Hold a current RLSS / IWS National Pool Lifeguard qualification
- Qualified Swimming Teacher / Swim Instructor certification
Desirable:
- Previous experience working in a leisure or club environment
- Experience teaching swimming lessons to a range of ages and abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive and safety-focused approach to work
