Skilled Beef Deboner required to join a busy beef processor in Sandyford, Dublin 18. Minimum 6 years experience. The candidate must have the ability to work at speed and produce cuts and trims to specification. The candidate must have the ability to bone both Hind and Fore quarters from start to finish, without scarring and with accurate lines. Some trimming also involved. The candidate must have a current valid Manual Handling Certificate. Local accommodation can be arranged at reduced rates.
